We have an extensive customer base with over 10,000 fire systems that we perform recurring inspection and repair services throughout the region. About Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Time and Attendance Administrator to join our team. The Time and Attendance Administrator will be responsible for validating employee timecards, confirming hours worked, making necessary adjustments, and investigating timekeeping discrepancies and creating reports. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing and supports compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Work Hours: 8am-4:30pm; Monday-Friday
Compensation
- This is an hourly position based on experience. Pay is negotiable.

Job Duties
- Validate and audit employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm hours worked against schedules, job codes, GPS and attendance records.
- Process timecard adjustments for missed punches, corrections, and approved changes.
- Research and resolve timekeeping issues in collaboration with employees, supervisors, and HR.
- Maintain accurate records of timekeeping data and adjustments.
- Generate reports related to time and attendance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and union agreements (if applicable).
- Provide support and training to employees on timekeeping procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee pay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines on a weekly basis.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
