Industry: Fire Alarm/ Low Voltage Controls Manufacturer

Desired Experience: Prefer a minimum of 2 years drafting experience, and Fire Alarm experience.

Responsibilities: Develop CAD drawings for Fire Alarm companies

Summary: To produce CAD drawings for fire alarm panel

Includes floorplans, riser diagrams, and details using AutoCAD for fire alarm projects that vary in size and scope

To receive design documentation from customer, and produce submittal drawing of panel design.

Delivers assigned projects effectively and within time schedules

1. Recreate panel design to fit into standard size enclosure

2. Create point to point wiring details

3. Maintain and track project drawing files, associated records and documentation

4. Produce panel design and drawings in AutoCAD, in accordance to customer specification and instruction

5. Reviews own drawings and co-workers drawings for quality and accuracy

Skills: Strong knowledge/experience of Fire Alarm Industry and AutoCAD 2014 or greater.

MS Office (word, excel, Outlook)

Ability to work under pressure, with regard to schedules.

Ability to meet customers wants and needs without being prompted.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly motivated, self-starter, and career oriented.
