Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the customer's service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage day to day operational activities to meet quality, operational, and financial goals.
- Generate, cultivate, and communicate ideas for continual improvement of processes and activities across all areas of the operation and lead standardization within the branch operations.
- Monitor and manage all revenues and expenses that impact P&L performance.
- Drive correctional changes to improve financial results for the branch.
- Oversee and manage the billing process and ensure that all work performed has been documented appropriately among all systems and accurately invoiced.
- Supervise and motivate the staff of Department Managers, Administrative Personnel and Warehouse team.
- Communicate and interact with customers and various internal functional departments (i.e. Accounting, Operational Departments, collections, etc.) in order to resolve issues, capitalize on opportunities and improve business and service performance.
- Review various reports and analyses to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness in the Operations team.
- Support research and reconcile forecasted financial results.
- Support and ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws, as well as DOT and AHJ requirements.

Education and Experience
- Degree in a business, management, engineering, or other related field preferred.
- At least five years operations management experience in commercial service trade or construction related field.
Compensation
- Salary - Negotiable depending on candidate's background and experience
