POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and managing programs in specific channels, supporting business objectives, leading generation efforts, fostering customer retention, providing sales & business development support, and advancing brand building, awareness, and recognition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with the VP-Sales and/or CEO to create new materials that enhance the marketability of EFI.

Reviews current marketing material, including online, electronic, and printed media, and makes recommendations for revisions.

Coordinates ongoing customer service monitoring surveys including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Sends periodic customer newsletters.

Initiates and manages lead generation efforts through marketing automation in coordination with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Makes recommendations for improvement of EFI’s overall marketing strategy.

Researches various market segments to help define target areas.

Manages company social media strategy, presence, engagement, and metrics.

Performs special studies and develops data and information, assessment and recommendations as requested.

Creates, implements and manages Marketing budget.

Collaborates, coordinates and participates in promotional activities and industry trade shows.

Lead in development of subject matter expert content – blogs, white papers, case studies and testimonials.

Oversee the company website including strategy, user experience, personalization, analytics, and web development.

Responsible for the delivery of all SEO-related tasks and deliverables, such as competitive SEO analysis, keyword analysis (scorecard), link analysis, and actions taken against analysis.

Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, plus

5+ years’ marketing related experience,

The equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of and experience with Marketing automation, CRM and content management platforms.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to use a telephone, computer and other office equipment.
