VSC Fire & Security, a leading fire protection and life safety system contractor, is seeking a Warehouse/Shop Person for our Charleston, SC division. This position is an entry level position with no experience required. This is an excellent way to begin a career in our industry!
The Warehouse/Shop Person is responsible for all activities associated with our warehouse including but not limited too;
- Pulling material lists
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Making deliveries to jobsites
- Picking up orders from supply houses
- Verifying packing slips and inventory controls
- Receiving material at the docks.
This position requires a driving record check to be approved to drive a company vehicle.
Certification on forklift usage is a plus.
